Product Returns

  • Return Period: Customers can return purchased products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. The original invoice and the return form must also be included.

  • Return Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded through the payment method you used. The refund period may vary depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Used Products: Products that are used, damaged, or not in resalable condition.

  • Custom-Made Products: Products that are custom-made or personalized for the customer.

  • Opened Packaging: Products with opened original packaging, removed protective tapes, or those unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

Return Procedure

  • Return Request: To initiate a return request, fill out the return form on our website or contact our customer service team.

  • Product Shipment: The product to be returned must be sent to the specified address along with its original packaging and invoice. The shipping cost is borne by the customer.

  • Return Inspection: Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions, and the return process will be approved if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Damaged Products: If the product is found to be damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team. Damaged products will be replaced free of charge.

  • Incorrect Products: If an incorrect product is delivered, please contact our customer service team. Incorrect products will be replaced with the correct product free of charge.
